ManagedUSers

ManagedUsers provides a Custom Manager Page that allows editors to create and manage users within one specific, predefined user group without giving them access to any other users in the MODX CMS. The overview lists all users assigned to the configured user group and includes search, sorting, and paging functionality. Editors can update a user’s username, full name, email address, password, and active status, while all other user properties and permissions remain inaccessible. Users can be activated or deactivated directly, with protection in place to prevent editors from deactivating their own account. New users can be created through the Custom Manager Page and are automatically assigned to the configured user group and role. Passwords can either be entered manually or generated automatically.
